At D'onix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available on items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
